My prints and ceramic sculpture represent two side of my personality. The etchings are full of sturm and drang with etching plates subjected to hours of submersion in nitric acid. My whimsical sculptures are autobiographical and informed by constructivism and memphis ideas.

BIO: Born in Osaka Japan. MFA University of Delaware Ph. D School of Art and Architecture. Instructor at the Barnes Foundation, Professor Emeritus Harrisburg Area Community College. I earned the ranks of journey man iron pourer and 2nd class diesel truck mechanic.
I produce ceramics sculpture and etchings which reflect my experiences in the industrial age of the 20th century. My sculptures are informed by constructivist and memphis art movements.
