Spaghetti Eastern Music is the solo project of critically-acclaimed Saugerties-based guitarist, keyboardist and singer Sal Cataldi. Cataldi fuses Eastern beat, blues, techno and funk-influenced guitar instrumentals with gentle acoustic vocal tunes straight out of the John Martyn/Nick Drake songbook.
